*Group sessions are 1 ½ hours in length, cost is 15.00 (with the exception of DUI Education Group or PRI/20 hr. which is 240.00 total for the course).
Full Fee: $100
Private Insurances: We will accept your copay (whether a dollar amount or percentage) at the specialist rate upon receiving a copy of your card. Copays will only be accepted if they are equal to or greater than our minimum fee of $32.00 Anyone with a copay lower than the minimum amount will be charged $32.00. Insurance without a copay will be calculated on the sliding fee scale.
Medicaid/Medicare: Fees are based on the sliding fee scale
Special Population Services: (court requested reports are included in these fees)
Adult Court Ordered Anger Management: $30.00 per session
Court Ordered Couples Counseling: $45.00 per session
Court Ordered Individual: $45.00 per session
DUI and Probation & Parole Fees:
Assessment: $45.00
Education: $240.00
Group: $15.00 per session
Individual: $32.00
OTHER FEES: (Client initiated services)
COURT APPEARANCES: $225.00 per hour
FORM(s) COMPLETION & REPORTS: UP TO $40 each
LETTERS: UP TO $20 each
Records copies: 0.20 per page
There will be a $25 fee for checks returned for insufficient funds. No further appointments will be scheduled until the check and fee amounts have been paid in full.
DUI and Probation and Parole clients with unpaid fees will be considered noncompliant with ordered treatment.
